The Game

You probably didn’t notice, but there was something I failed to comment on this year, eventhough I’ve been quite passionate about it in previous years. I am of course talking about the Eurovision. I will not comment on it now either. Instead, I’ll move on to another, hopefully less rigged contest: UEFA Euro 2008, which will start tomorrow evening with the match between Switzerland and the Czech Republic. My own country won’t come into action untill Monday, when they face Italy. Little chance of winning there, according to statistics, but exciting nevertheless.
I remember the match against Portugal in the World Cup 2006 Semi-Finals which we ended up losing, as one of the most exciting matches I’ve ever witnessed. With 14 yellow and 4 red cards. Here’s hoping there will be many matches of the kind to come in the next couple of weeks!
